Estate Planning

Clare Bolduc, Esq. and her team works with the client and the client’s team (i.e. financial advisor, insurance advisor, tax accountant) to ensure the ultimate plan serves the client’s interests and accomplishes the client’s objectives. After a plan has been created, Bolduc Law will routinely review your plan with you and make any personal changes and ensure it is compatible with existing laws and any tax changes.

An estate plan may include the following documents:
